Ms. JUANA MARIA PONS GALMES (the female in the above picture) and Mr. JOSE PEREZ SOLIS (the left first man in the above picture) will visit us in Dec. 6th or Dec. 7th, and I will have to send them a invitation for their applying for entry visa to China at China Embassy in Spain.

Let me continue my topic of Some other phtos of my customer (1), the black man which I want to introduce to all of my readers in this blog entry is my Sudan customer, he’s the only customer from Africa except Ismail from Egypt.

He’s probably the easiest customer I knew during the last year, he contacted with me  himself actively. And when he contacted with me, he was already in Guangzhou, I remembered he called me that day when I was in Taizhou Cyber Park,  he told he will visit us and buy some products on the phone. And I told him how to come here by Air, and he bought a airline ticket and arrived at the nearest Huangyan Airport the other day. And we drove to pick him up to our shop.

He is very easygoing, mild-mannered, and amiable, always keep smiling, and I like to deal with such a person. Sudan is a developing country like our China, so we gave him our best prices. I noticed he had a iPhone-like mobile, and I asked him if it’s an iPhone, he told me it’s made in China. And I realized for the first time the high-speed development of China in the recent 20 years, most of our products were exported to so many countries.

He’s Muslim,  so I took him to a small Muslim restaurant nearby, I only knew this restaurant call Home of China Salar, the Salar is a minority nationality in Northwest China’s Gansu province and what’s the most important is they’re Muslim too. He likes eating fish, but no fish in that restaurant, only some sheepmeat and beef, I didn’t know he likes these dishes or not, but he said it’s delicious.

Later after lunch, we sent him to the airport and he contacted me again when he was back to Sudan, but we didn’t do any business after that.

Hnnn, let me contine writing something about my memories between my customers and I, it’s our National Day long holiday these days, I took only 2 days off, and begun to work on October 3rd. Had finished my tasks today, I had nothing to do, so I begun to write my memories to improve my English writing skills and to recall the days I am working here for the last year…

This photo is taken in Apr. 28th, 2008, the tall and handsome guy in the middle of this photo is one of my Polish customers, he came to China to look for some transponder keys supplier, he mainly sells JMA and SILCA transponder keys to poland and other European countries.

But our keys are different from those of JMA and SILCA products, our products are exactly the same looking as original vehicle transponder keys, we showed him some of our products, but he seems that he isn’t interested in them, as it has a third-party logo on the key and we don’t have any permission and authority to sell these products, so he’s also afraid selling them in Eropean countries.

He just standed talking with us all the time in our shop, and sometime later, he found himself very tired, and asked me to look for a better place to go on, I asked him and he told me if there’s a coffee house. We just drove to the nearest coffee shop, because we did’t have the products he needed, and couldn’t make products which meet his requirement, we just drinked some coffee…

Nowadays, it’s very easy and convenient to search any supplier on the net, this Polish guy just did as this, he visited China not only for visiting us only, but also tried to visit other manufacture or supplier, when we were talking and drinking in the coffee house, one of his supplier from Yiwu City called him and told him to pick him up here. And not long before that, they really came and picked up him away… ….

We didn’t contact each other from then on.

An Egyptian customer named Ismail visited us last year when I joined in this company for only about 15 days later in Novenmber 2007, they’re the very first foreign customers which I served, we begun to know each other on Alibaba.com, and they have many other businesses in China, they visited Shanghai when they came to China, and later, they went to our neighbour Wenzhou City, and after their visiting in Wenzhou City and back to Shanghai they passed by Taizhou City and visited our company.

While, in this photo, the man and lady in the middle is my boss and his wife, and the other 3 men are Egyptian customers. Oh, the second man from left to right is Ismail, I contact with him, for more photos, please visit here.

I knew little about them now, he’s not my bigger customer. I didn’t know why they visited us at that time, even though we showed almost all of our products to him, he purchased a little, maybe this is not his major business in Egypt. I think.

He brought two of his friends (or staffs) together, one of them was very techical (the one at the very right in this photo), he knew a lot of transponder keys and locksmith tools and he’s very interested in them and asked ma a lot how to use them…

I remembered clearly that he’s very disapointed when he got off the car, because he wanted and asked me to show him around our factory for times, but my boss told me our factory is far away from here and because of some intellectual property rights problems, our factory is not allowed to visit…… I expained him a lot, and told him again and again all of our products have logos of third-parties, but he’s still so despondent about me and us…

I don’t want to cheat him… but ….

Another thing that I had to tell all of you, Ismail and one of his staffs in Egypt emailed me and talked me on MSN for times and told me he paid some hundreds of US Dollar to our Agriculture Bank of China, and sent me their bank’s receipt. I told this to my boss, he always went to the bank to withdraw money paid us by Wire Transfer or Western Union, but he told me that he never withdrawed money from any Egyptian banks, I knew nothing about it, and every time I asked my boss, he insisted that.

And one day, one of Ismail’s friends in Shanghai even called my boss mobile phone, and asked my boss to send the goods to Egypt, my boss finally determined to send goods to Egypt, and one of Ismail’s ataff contacted with me, and I sent goods to his friend in Shaghai as his request.

And after that, I asked Ismail for times whether his friend sent him the goods (togethered with other goods he bought from Shanghai) or not, he didn’t answer me, also no response when I asked his staff.

My God, I lost this customer, even it’s a small one, but his really a bigger buyer of auto parts. And of course, what I care is that my boss withdrawed his money or never……

I wil never know and it’s no need now….

This photo was taken at the very beginning of this year during January 2008, these 3 guys are from Turkey, and they visited here together with his Turkish friends who’s long stayed in Yiwu City for business. He’s not in this photo because he speaks very fluent Madarin Chinese, when we were taking this photo he was out side and wasn’t together with these 3 guys.

While, let me explain something first to your guys, in this photo, the person at the first row is my boss, and the very left one at the second row is the other two Turish guys’ boss. But the one I said who speaks Chinese very skillfully is not in the photo.

I’ve forgotten how I contacted with them, indeed, I really forgot, and I just know they visited us once upon a time and bought something from us, and it’s so strange that although I remembered vaguely we exchanged business cards, but it seems that we lost in contact with them after their back to Turkey…

While these two guys in this photo visited us almost the same time with the 3 guys I introduced to you above. And tell you what, the truth is, these Turkish guys waited here in the afternoon, and the two Australian guys visited here the next day morning.

Tell you another truth, these two Australian customers came to China not for visting us only, and in fact, they visited another company which does the same business with me. And I got to kow these Australian guys on Alibaba.com, and we talked on Skype and persuaded and invited him to visit us. And they just did finally.

Just as soon as we drove and sent him to their Hotel, his supplier (another company here in Taizhou doing same business with us as I told above) arrived at sent them to the nearest airport. He told me when he was back to Austrailia…

Oh, it reminds me of somthing, the girl at the first row in the photo is another staff here, and the man at the very first at the second row is my boss, and the two men between my boss and myself are the Australian guests. Oh, I reminded something more when I wasy typing just now, the left foreigner at the second row is from New Zealand, and the right one is from Australia, they do some business together.

Hnn, I also recalled the awesome girl at the first row, she’s working in another company then but also worked here as a part time job. We didn’t work together, never! Just did some trading for a same company,  at very first when she joined in us, she impressed me a lot, because she knew little about foreign trade, she just asked, and asked, and asked me a lot, almost everything she had to ask me, and I felt that she couldn’t even solve any trading problems herself, and… she couldn’t even make some price lists or catalog herself, and asked me for help for times, and at last, I had to make some changes of my own price lists with her name and contact information.

And what’s more, much more is that: She’s such a sly and astute woman, she even asked me where I found my currently customers, I was so stupid at that period of time, and just told her everything that I knew without any hesitate, I added her contact information on our company website (I was responsible for adding products information and renewing our website), and also set up a sub-account for her at our Alibaba.com online B2B market service website, and shared my customer resources……

Hmmm, the more I thought about this, the more I felt myself was so stupid, because I got to know later after her leaving of our company (exactly speaking, she was driven away from our company because of her greedy characteristics, her salary must be calculated very very carefully to be exactly the same as how much money she calculated herself, even 1 RMB, and she had a poor sales record), I got to know that she was cooperated with another girl, although she wasn’t working here, but she got a lot my my customer, and she contact with them herself, any told another of her girl-friend to buy products from us and sold.

Not only this, she onced called me to give her all my customers, and asked me to “cooperate” with her, she just told me how much money she could earn each time (she bought from us and then sell it for a very high price you can’t even imagine. She and her friend also Obtained money on false pretences, one of my former customer once called me she didn’t send goods to him after got his payment.

it’s truth, this Austrailian customer sent me one of the PI copy she sent to him, and at the bottom of this PI, I saw our company name but with her friend’s telephone number and other contact information. Shit, they did business in name of our company. No, this is not business, it’s fraud, they fraud this Australian man more than 10,000 RMB….
